Owners are entilted to receive proportionate proceeds from all of the following:

• Race Winnings,
• Bonuses eg SABIS, VOBIS,
• Sale of the horse either at the end of its career or if a suitable offer is received and approved by a majority of owners during the horse's racng career.

In 10 share syndicates each owner is entiltled to have their name entered into the racebook (where a share is owned by several people they are required to register a syndicate and then the name of the syndicate plus the syndicate manager will appear).

For 20 share syndicates the Sanguine syndicate name for the horse will appear except where two or more shares are held by one owner, in which case that owner would be entitled to have their name appear separately.
